Quality Document Requirements

If your order needs specific quality documentation (such as FAIR, FAI, PPAP, CoC, or ITAR compliance), please include that in your quote request. Providing this info up front ensures your parts are quoted and produced to meet your full specifications. If documentation is added after the quote is issued, additional charges may apply. Please Note: Quality documentation pricing is added into the quote upon request. If customer requests additional paperwork not previously mentioned to our estimating team, it will be an additional cost to the buyer and may delay order process.

Quantities & Price Breaks

You can request a quote for a single quantity, multiple price breaks (e.g., 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 pieces), or one large annual quantity to be delivered over time. Our RFQ form includes fields for this info to help you compare pricing options and take advantage of volume discounts.

Volume Pricing & Cost Savings

Because setup and tooling are factored into each custom job, your total quantity has a big impact on unit price. The more you order, the lower your per-piece cost. If you’re aiming for cost efficiency, consider submitting multiple quantity breaks or asking about our flexible blanket order programs.

Supply Chain & Blanket Order Programs

If you don’t need your full quantity delivered at once, we can work with you to schedule releases over time. Whether you prefer weekly, monthly, or quarterly shipments—or just-in-time delivery—we’ll help you build a blanket order program that matches your workflow and inventory needs.

By locking in your pricing upfront, you gain cost predictability and reduce lead times. Be sure to let us know in your quote request if you’re interested in a blanket agreement. Include breakdowns and delivery expectations so we can tailor a plan that works for you.

Material Suggestion & Application Details

Understanding how your part will function helps us make better recommendations. If it will be exposed to extreme temperatures, chemicals, moisture, or other challenging conditions, be sure to note this in your quote request. These details help our team suggest more suitable materials or finishes—or offer more cost-effective alternatives that still meet performance needs.
