Our wire forming machines are capable of forming round wire from .030” diameter up to .312” diameter wire, with a maximum length of 30 inches. This precision equipment can also form flat wire up to 2 ½ inches in width and ¼ inch thickness with a maximum feed length of 15 inches. Due to the diversity of these parts, it is impractical to institute a standard design procedure. However, a blueprint or sample is usually sufficient information to enable us to submit an estimate of costs.
