We are actively seeking an Data Entry Specialist to develop a career with Ace Wire Spring & Form. Responsibilities include taking down customer orders, explaining options to customers, and helping our team process and fulfill orders as needed. Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to take and enter their orders into a computer to be processed by the rest of our team.

Responsibilities

- Inform customers of prices and collect payment
- Recording customer information to process orders
- Inputting data into a central database to be used to fulfill orders
- Ensure payment information is accurate
- Process orders and distribute receipts
- Input orders into database
- Inform customer of expected delivery date
- Handle complaints about unfulfilled orders
- Check inventory control
- Work with customers and sales team to resolve issues
- Collaborate with Production Team to resolve issues

Requirements and skills

- Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills
- Experience using customer relations management (CRM) software, preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, superb accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of office equipment including printers, scanners and multiple line phones
- Strong math skills and problem solving
- Cheerful, can-do attitude
