Ritchy’s journey with Ace is a testament to hard work, perseverance, and leadership. Beginning his career on the shop floor as a manufacturer, he quickly developed a passion for the craft and transitioned into the role of Spring Design Engineer. Over the years, his expertise and commitment to innovation propelled him into leadership, and today, he proudly serves as President of Ace Wire Spring & Form Co., Inc.

In 2022, Ritchy took the helm of the company following the passing of his father, Richard D. Froehlich, who built Ace into the trusted name in precision custom spring manufacturing that it is today. Under Ritchy’s guidance, the company continues to thrive, embracing new technologies, expanding capabilities, and reinforcing its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Beyond his role at Ace, Ritchy remains a dedicated advocate for the local manufacturing community, mentoring the next generation of engineers and craftsmen while ensuring that Ace remains at the forefront of the industry.
