Every March, Women’s History Month honors the invaluable contributions of women throughout history, culture, and society. It’s a time to reflect on their impact across industries—including manufacturing. At Ace Wire Spring & Form Co., Inc., we proudly recognize the incredible women who help our company thrive every day. Without their dedication, we wouldn’t have been fortunate enough to remain in business for over 85 years.
Our success is built on the hard work and expertise of the women who play essential roles across our company. From estimating and engineering support to order processing and operations management, their contributions keep Ace running smoothly.
For 16 years, Dorene Campbell has played a crucial role in order processing, bridging the gap between purchasing agents, engineers, and our factory. A role that takes vast experience and knowledge of the industry to perform as effectively as Dorene exhibits on a daily basis. Denise Copeland, our office manager and purchasing agent, is the backbone of operations, coordinating wire purchases, payroll, and the administrative work that keeps us moving forward.
Tresslyn Froehlich has been a valued member of our estimating team for four years, ensuring every detail is accounted for at the very start of the quoting process. Julie Bruno, with 15 years at Ace, is a key part of both estimating and engineering, assisting our team with precision and dedication. Her contributions were recently recognized in a Women in Manufacturing article.
Linda herself embodies the spirit of this year’s Women’s History Month theme, Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations. Her dedication to mentorship and education is shaping the future of manufacturing. Through facility tours, hands-on learning, and outreach programs, she is committed to inspiring young women to explore careers in the industry.
“This company runs on the hard work of these incredible women. They are my girls—I love every last one of them like family, and I am truly blessed to have such a supportive and reliable team.”
The 2025 Women’s History Month theme, “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations,” highlights the importance of mentorship, leadership, and paving the way for future generations.
Here at Ace Wire Spring, we are incredibly proud of Linda Froehlich for her unwavering commitment to educating and mentoring women in manufacturing. Each year, Linda organizes facility tours, educational sessions, and hands-on learning opportunities to inspire young women to explore careers in the industry.
Her dedication to empowering future leaders is shaping the future of manufacturing, and we are grateful for her leadership. Thank you, Linda, and thank you to all the women who make Ace Wire Spring what it is today!
